This is a private house owned by a Cypriot family for generations. The main founder, George Eliades, was a well known archeologist in the area who opened the museum in 1958.

It is now family run and a very private, different venue for a special wedding day.

The Museum is an interesting and attractive venue for civil ceremonies or the renewal of vows. This private house has been owned by a Cypriot family for generations and the main founder, George Eliades, was a well know archeologist in the area who opened the museum in 1958.

It is now family run and a very private, different venue to hold your special wedding day.

The main area for the ceremony is set in a pretty courtyard with traditional features and overhanging trees – perfect for those wanting a more intimate Cypriot vibe.

This venue offers great opportunities for photography – all the ancient artefacts in the museum and small outbuilding to explore, provide a unique setting.

You can hire the museum privately for ceremony only or ceremony and reception. It will not be open to the public.

Venue hire fee – ceremony and up to 2 hours – €350
