We only ask for a small deposit of £350 to cover planning, photography, video, decor, cake and flowers – giving you the much needed peace of mind when you plan to tie the knot. The deposit can always been transferred if a change of date is required for any number of reasons including pandemic, illness and pregnancy. We are a company that always has our customers at the forefront of our mind.

We are a team of 3 main planners – Cat, Sarah and Sally. Leading the team is company director Jo Heyworth, who is hands-on in every way. We are all here for you and passionate and driven about Cyprus Weddings! We will make your Paphos Dream Wedding a reality along with our photography and video team, Paul Jones Photographers and CMK cinematics, who have been with us from the beginning of our journey. We all work together to ensure that we “sing” from the same hymn sheet – essential on your your special day!

From your initial enquiry, through to the booking stage and planning, our team are with you. We are there to oversee every part, including the legal paperwork. You will be provided with a pack detailing everything required from the start, along with a rolling document detailing expenditure. There won’t be any unexpected costs, as it’s all detailed for you on one easy booking form.

We can help with all aspects, including legal paperwork, guidance for civil and church weddings, advice on accommodation selection, private villa weddings, reception venue choices, ceremony venue options and all wedding extras including stunning wedding photography and video at realistic prices.

As your Cyprus wedding planner, we also offer you the chance to enjoy and pre-plan what Cyprus has to offer as a whole. We lovingly refer to this as your ‘WeddingMoon’. We are an independent company who specialise in ensuring that your wedding day is everything you dreamed of!

We are not a company who offer the ‘conveyor-belt’ weddings like many major tour operators – we are about quality of service, dependability and support. Furthermore, we ensure your day is captured beautifully in photographic and video form, so that your memories are documented forever.

We are based in Cyprus and are completely hands on. We are a registered company and VAT registered, so rest assured you are in safe hands.

Our advisors Jo, Cat, Sarah and Sally will help you every step of the way from the initial enquiry through to the booking, planning and the day itself. We oversee everything for you! We are her to support you and provide peace of mind from the moment you make your first enquiry through to any aftercare once you are back in the UK. Keeping it simple, easy and competitively priced is the key to our success.

A few questions and answers

Why is it better to book with an independent, local, wedding planner?
Because unlike the large agents and tour operators, we are with you right from planning stage – most large companies don’t even advise you of your wedding date until you are in Cyprus! With us, you have everything confirmed, know everything is booked and planned and have all the costs laid out, even with the extras! No nasty surprises when you arrive for your dream wedding.

How much deposit do I need to pay and when?
When we have booked the venues and have the church / town hall reserved, then we take a £350 deposit, this covers everything – us, the photographer, DJ and all suppliers. Only specific hotels will ask for a deposit which we advise you to pay direct and all will be confirmed and receipted direct back to you via e-mail.

Can you help with flights and accommodation?
Yes. We have two travel agents we work with in the UK, one of them  can work very closely with you to deliver personal customer and tailor-made packages. Both are ATOL protected which means you are protected, providing peace of mind for you and your wedding.  Please just contact us for more details.

Alongside us, providing beautiful award-winning photography that has featured in Vogue Magazine, is Paul Jones Photography – ready to capture your day. They are a team with a keen eye for classic shots, natural endearing moments, and all the fun, smiles, tears and laughter!

All their photos are beautifully edited for you to cherish for many years ahead. Working alongside the photography team are videographers and a cinematographer from CMK, long-time standing video artists in their own right, who will blend into the background to capture your wedding, ensuring that your video takes you right back to your special day whenever you sit back to watch.
