Villa Rio

Villa Rio is a premium villa, uniquely designed by the owner and furnished and finished to the highest standard, with luxurious interiors and spacious exteriors. It offers the largest private pool on the resort – 25 x 5 metres, non-chlorinated and with heating available – sitting boastfully within the beautiful gardens which also host a large jacuzzi, astroturfed lawn and plentiful shaded terraces.

No expense has been spared on the interior decoration and equipment in Villa Rio. Each of the five bedrooms is beautifully furnished as are the gorgeous seating areas. Every room has something special to add to your holiday experience in this unique villa and the views of the pool, garden, golf course and mountains beyond (from every room) simply seal the deal.

This property is a large, luxurious four bedroom villa set in beautiful gardens, with views down the ravine and to the sea.

It is well decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is large enough for eight people with space to spare.

There is a huge 11 x 5.5m heated private pool, a large rear pool deck and no fewer than four large terraces for relaxing and dining. UK TV with unlimited movies is available along with wifi broadband.

The villa features an outside BBQ and food preparation area, perfect for those family BBQs under the stars.

A superb five bedroom, detached, family villa with large private heated infinity edge pool and multiple terraces with sea and golf course views, all set in tranquil surroundings. Perfect to host your private and intimate wedding!

This wedding villa is one of the largest on the resort and is perfect for families and groups. It features stunning views overlooking the central ravine of the resort with bird’s eye views of the signature holes – 7 and 8 – of the Aphrodite Hills Golf Course. With large private gardens and shady terraces, there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The interior of the property is lavishly furnished with no expense spared. There is a large sofa area, open plan dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The chic upstairs living/dining area leads onto a large outside terrace where you can relax in the cool of the evenings and take in the stunning views. Downstairs, the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with good quality beds and mattresses, linen and furnishings to match. There is a separate laundry area and the grounds also contain a pretty gated garden courtyard and outdoor BBQ area.

Villa 15

This is a stunning, spacious wedding villa venue, close to the resort facilities with four en-suite bedrooms, heated pool and fabulous views.

The villa is spread across three floors and features a large, open plan, split level living and dining area with vaulted ‘cathedral’ ceiling. Interiors have been designed to a very high standard, featuring large leather sofas, comfortable beds, marble staircases, plasma screen TVs with UK terrestrial channels, wireless broadband, DVD Player and hifi with ipod docking facility.

The rear patio doors open out onto the terrace with views over the 10x5m heated, infinity edge private swimming pool with stunning golf course and sunset views beyond. There are outdoor sofas, dining table, sunbeds for all, gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area.

Villa 262

A spacious, well-equipped four bedroom wedding venue villa with beautiful panoramic sea views.

Set in a quiet location on the corner of the resort, this villa boasts some of the most breathtaking, unspoilt views over olive groves and sea beyond.

The wedding villa itself has a 10x5m infinity edge pool, outside BBQ area and lots of shady terraces for relaxing and dining. The interior is well furnished and homely, with a large kitchen and dining area, perfect for family gatherings.

The property is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for year around comfort and provides a well-designed and equipped family kitchen.

The spacious surroundings, both inside and out, combined with a high standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishings – including audio system, pool and table tennis table – make this property ideal for large families and groups to enjoy.
