We are open to our guests shopping around to gauge what is available from other companies and to get the best value for money!

We have carefully prepared example venue packages for each venue based on 20 meals, decoration and other venue extras. We just add on from these base packages, making it nice and easy to start the planning and to easily understand the costing. We can then adjust according to your approximate numbers. We don’t actually need anything finalising until around 4-6 weeks before the big day.

Paper Package

PAPER PACKAGE for UK clients – £350 (No planner services)

Are you just after peace of mind that your town hall license and date has been confirmed and do not require a planner during your stay? If so, we can arrange this for you. We will advise on times, dates, paperwork, checklists and provide full written advice. We will then post by recorded delivery the original stamped town hall confirmation to your UK address! Also includes the following as part of our service to you:

• Booking all parts for you and ensuring dates and times will be booked on your behalf subject to availability and supplied to you within 48 working day hours!
• Ensuring all your legal paperwork is correct and in order & faxed over prior to your arrival.
• Unlimited communication (we are always on call for you) and all the way through your stay in Cyprus if required.
• For non-UK clients, where paperwork is more complex, we can oversee all legalities and the Apostile stamps. You will also need extra money for costs for the apostile stamps and courier service to the capital – around 100 euros in total.

(Taxi and paperwork meeting chaperone can be arranged for you.)

Notes on supplements:

  • Registrar  / town hall fees or religious fees to be added on
  • Villa weddings charges / prices can be asked for separately
  • Some areas of Paphos have a travel fees, such as Polis & Latchi, Aphrodite Hills, Pissouri / as does Limassol resort

Small & Simple Package – £ 850

A stunning photography shoot and pick up service for 2 – 4 persons with all paperwork taken care of but NO WEDDING PLANNER service. Other guests can attend but make own way and max of 10 persons to oversee in this package.

So, the added bonus of a Professional Photographer who can pick you as the couple up from your accommodation then attend the ceremony. They will then whisk you away to some of the stunning backdrops we have on offer here such as beach, town, gardens, mountains, sea caves, shipwrecks – for some stunning, contemporary and unique shots, showing the essence of a Cyprus backdrop for your special day…. the photos are given to you edited and sent to you via link. ASK FOR THE SMALL AND SIMPLE WEDDING BROCHURE!!

This is a package for the Paphos areas and for civil or SYM ceremony only

Gold Package – £1,695

Perfect for small parties and small venues

(These packages now have wedding planner services) The gold package is aimed to help parties under 20 persons not wanting a huge photo shoot but the help of the planner on the day for the main parts – its also for parties wishing to do their own venue table dress or we can add on for you – ask planner for details.

  • Administration for the Special Wedding License and arrangements. Dates and times will be booked on your behalf subject to availability AND GIVEN TO YOU WITHIN 48 working day HOURS!
  • Ensuring all your legal paperwork is correct and in order, unlimited time communication, Full attendance to all meetings with no charge (some companies and tour ops charge for this service)
  • Wedding Planner overseeing the wedding parts on the day.
  • All pre-planning with suppliers and your good self via e-mail.
  • Bridal Posy for the bride in matching theme colours
  • Buttonhole for the Groom plus 1 family member
  • Single deep pan style tier iced sponge wedding cake beautifully decorated with matching icing flowers and ribbon.
  • Delivery and organisation of all Extras.
  • Photograph shoot from ceremony to cutting of the cake, group shots, personal couple or family shoot (based on 3 hours shoot time approx) Live link of all edited photos provided – sent via e-mail so clients can make albums, canvass, send to family! Also ask for the new Phone App!

Ruby Package – £1,999

Mainly used for smaller venues and no more than 30 persons – THIS IS BASED ON 6 HOURS PHOTO SHOOT

  • Full administration for the Special Wedding License and arrangements. Dates and times will be booked on your behalf subject to availability AND GIVEN TO YOU WITHIN JUST 48 working day HOURS!
  • Ensuring all your legal paperwork is correct and in order.
  • Unlimited time communication.
  • Full attendance to civil paperwork
  • All pre-planning with suppliers and your good self via e-mail.
  • Pre wedding meetings with your Personal Wedding Planner who will assist in all areas.
  • Delivery of all Extras.
  • Dress of the reception venue now included – this is the TIME it takes as your planner (not actual decor included) based on 2 hours set up time
  • Photo shoots starts from Bride getting ready shots in accommodation / finishing touches and also Groom and guests pre ceremony shots through to full sunset shoot.
  • Given a LIVE LINK to all edited photographs so you can save to USB / laptop, make canvas’, make albums and send to family – the best way! Ask to but the Phone App also!!
  • Photographer is with you throughout the day at all venues in the day and will whisk you off for nearby sunset shots, then drop you back at the reception venue. (Based on 6 hours shoot time)
  • Stunning upgrade to stunning Rose Bridal posy or our wild flower posy with decoration
  • Bridesmaids wrist corsage x 1
  • Groom buttonholes and for Best Men x 3.
  • White dressed Mercedes car for Bride

Diamond Package – £2,895

It’s all about the photos!

After all “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend!” (based on any size wedding and 8 hours photo shoot time)

  • Administration for the Special Wedding License and arrangements. Dates and times will be booked on your behalf subject to availability AND GIVEN TO YOU WITHIN JUST 48 working day HOURS!
  • Ensuring all your legal paperwork is correct and in order.
  • Unlimited time communication.
  • Full attendance to meetings for reception and civil including no charge for paperwork collection and drop off.
  • All pre-planning with suppliers and your good self via e-mail.
  • Pre wedding meetings with your Personal Wedding Planner who will assist in all areas.
  • Dress of the reception venue included – this is the TIME it takes to dress the venue, based on 2 hours using any extras you have booked in.
  • FULL DAY STUNNING PHOTO SHOOT!! BY BEST TEAM IN TOWN UNDER PAUL JONES – WHEN WE SAY ALL DAY then we mean ALL DAY! From getting ready shots to the 1st dance (some companies class full day till just sunset so check this as massive difference)
    • Link to all edited photographs sent to couple from Photographer
  • Full day Photography shoot – this starts with bride getting ready shots / finishing touches, Groom and Groomsmen ‘cool’ shots straight through to speeches & 1st dance ensuring your whole day is captured on film. (Timings are provided for this shoot – based on 8 hours shoot time)
  • Offsite shoot / extra location shoot, same day but at some nearby ruins / different backdrop for extra lovely album
  • Upgrade to Deluxe Bridal posy or posy of choice / wild flowers with succulents FOR EXAMPLE
  • 1 maids posy or 2 wrist corsage
  • Button Holes for Groom and up to 5 Groomsmen

Blue Diamond Package – £4,550

It’s all about everything!

  • Administration for the Special Wedding License and arrangements. Dates and times will be booked on your behalf subject to availability AND GIVEN TO YOU WITHIN JUST 48 working day HOURS!
  • Ensuring all your legal paperwork is correct and in order.
  • Unlimited time communication.
  • Full attendance to meetings for reception and civil including no charge for paperwork collection and drop off.
  • All pre-planning with suppliers and your good self via e-mail.
  • Pre wedding meetings with your Personal Wedding Planner who will assist in all areas.
  • Dress of the reception venue included (This is the time spent dressing venues for you, no decor included)
  • FULL DAY PHOTO SHOOT BY BEST TEAM IN TOWN UNDER PAUL JONES! WHEN WE SAY ALL DAY then we mean ALL DAY! From getting ready shots to the 1st dance

(some companies class full day till just sunset so check this as massive difference)

  • 2 professional photographers dedicated to ‘his and hers’ pre ceremony shots / getting ready shots. Then with the added bonus of a  2nd photographer added in all day –  one dedicated for all those natural, incidentals which are just as important on any wedding day – all photos edited beautifully
  • An upgrade to max 100 photographs presented in a large luxury album including:
    • sunset shots
    • Black & White mix
    • LINK TO ALL Photographs – some companies alone charge up to 300 Euros just for this! Photos edited to high specification
  • Full day Photography shoot – this starts with bride / Groom getting ready shots / finishing touches, Groom and Groomsmen ‘cool’ shots straight through to speeches & 1st dance and early to mid evening party shots ensuring your whole day is captured on film. (Timings are provided for this shoot)
